I am a true believer that we can and will move the world in the direction of understanding our oneness, our inner connectedness…..once that happens great compassion naturally rises for all beings….and once that happens you can no longer harm other beings intentionally …and once that occurs the need for peaceful settlements of all issues, be they personal or global, takes precedence over other non-skillfull actions.

But this does not mean passivity or blind disregard to social injustice. On the contrary, we rise up fiercely and create communities of resistance. Acting from a place of non-violence & with great wisdom we dedicate our lives to the absolute freedom & justice for all beings! I believe the next revolution is a spiritual revolution…and I plan to be a part of it.

This is my story….and I’m sticking to it.

Now that I got that out of my system…..let’s see…I am a blessed being who comes from a wonderful loving family. My family taught me to love….and to give…and to help those who are in need. They are truly my best friends and my teachers.

I’m a vegan for over 30 years and love the study of Consciousness and Buddhism. I am also a yoga teacher and meditator.

Professionally, I make my living as a post production producer and a film producer.
